Jamie Colee handshaped and polished this exciting cabochon of Primavera which comes from an Arizona mine where gold and silver are mined.  Primavera can be composed of over 15 minerals which account for the many varied colors in this material.  Jamie tells me the metallic center of this stone is galena and other minerals it may contain include: Wulfinite (yellow), Mimitite (orange), Murdochite (black), Fornacite (neon green), Wherryite (green), Ludennite (green),Vaquelinite (dark green), Caledonite (light blue), Chrysocolla (blue/green), Shattukite (dark blue), Limonite (brown), Quartz or Plumbotsumite (white), Cerrusite or Angelsite (grey),  and Phoenicochroite (red).  I think this stone is missing only a few of those colors.

I have wire wrapped this stone in sterling silver wire.  It measures 2-3/4"Lx1-1/8"W.
